This organisation is an international integrated property group with an established presence within the Australian retail sector. Due to their growth, a position has arisen to join their driven leasing team working within their NSW retail portfolio.

Reporting to the National Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Maximising value across retail centres within their state portfolio
• Negotiation with leading anchor and national specialty brand tenants
• Customer relationship management with existing customers and optimising the number of long term clients
• Strategic planning and contributing to the development of business plans for each centre
• Market research and reporting.

Ideally you will have:

• Significant retail leasing experience
• Strong track record in meeting budget requirements and maximising occupancy rates
• Outstanding communication and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
• Established relationships with retailers
• Hands on leasing skills as well as a strategic outlook
• Longevity in previous roles.
